Under M.G.L. c. 6 §172, public-access CORI includes: felony convictions punishable by 5+ years for 10 years after sentence completion; all other convictions for 5 years after completion; and charges currently pending. Sealed, juvenile, and non-conviction records are not publicly accessible.
Individual self-requests require: your full name, date of birth, SSN, mother's maiden name, and a government-issued photo ID. Mismatches may require notarized verification through your local Town Clerk.
